As we enter the Fall season and prepare for the Winter season ahead, we begin to see an increase in calls for;
- Wasps

- Wildlife (including but not limited to, Birds, Raccoons, Squirrels, Chipmunks, Skunks and more!)
- Rodents
How to Prepare your Property?
Here are a few tips to prepare your property and make it a less appealing home for unwanted guests;
- Inspect the perimeter of the structure for entry points big or small and seal off any points of entry as soon as they’re noticed.
- Remove standing debris from in and around your structure/property. Rodents, and especially Wildlife, are busy surveying places to stay warm & safe, with materials that can be used to build nests and harborages.
- Eliminate accessible food & water sources. Like us humans, these species require food and water to survive. By eliminating standing water sources and any access to food sources, you’re less likely to attract the unwanted guests.
